ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DAERAH (SIMDA) KEUANGAN PADA DINAS KEPEMUDAAN DAN OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN TAPANULI TENGAH

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of financial SIMDA at the Department of Youth and Sports (DISPORA) of Central Tapanuli Regency, as well as to find out the supporting factors owned by DISPORA of Central Tapanuli Regency so that they are able to apply financial SIMDA, as well as the quality of information generated from its application. Informants in the study were 4 people consisting of employees and staff of the Central Tapanuli District Youth and Sports Office, namely treasurers, financial administration officials, assistant treasurers and assistant financial administration officials. Data was collected through a process of direct interviews with informants using interview guides, direct observation of the activities of DISPORA employees of Central Tapanuli Regency, as well as documentation studies of related documents. The results of the interviews and data that have been collected are analyzed using descriptive methods using a phenomenological approach. The results of the research show that in general, DISPORA staff of Central Tapanuli Regency already understand the meaning of financial SIMDA and an overview of its implementation related to input and output data. The factors owned to support the implementation of financial SIMDA implementation are communication, human resources, attitude/disposition and bureaucratic structure, while the quality of information resulting from the application of Financial SIMDA is reliable, timely and relevant.
