WORK LIFE BALANCE BAGI PAJURIT ANGKATAN DARAT DAN DAMPAKNYA PADA PENGELOLAAN PERSONEL
Abstract
Personel militer menghadapi tantangan unik dalam hal keseimbangan kehidupan kerja karena sifat profesi mereka, sehingga personel angkatan darat membutuhkan adanya work life balance dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan aspek – aspek terkait work life balance personel angkatan darat dan strategi yang perlu ditempuh oleh manajemen personalia dalam menjaga work life balance personel. Metode penelitian menggunakan sistematik literature riview dengan pola PRISMA. Penelitian menunjukkan aspek terkait work life balance personel Angkatan Darat antara lain: 1) pembagian waktu pekerjaan dan keluarga, 2) beban dan komitmen pekerjaan, 3) peran ganda sebagai anggota dan keluarga, 4) ketahanan dalam menjalankan operasi dengan tempo yang berubah, dan 5) kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan. Adapun implikasi pada manjemen personalia adalah setidaknya dalam penetapan sistim kerja dapat mempertimbangkan pengaturan jadwal kerja, waktu istirahat yang cukup, dan akses terhadap sumberdaya kesehatan fisik dan mental terutama bagi keluarga personel.
