DAMPAK SELF EFFICACY, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, DAN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak self efficacy, career development, transformational leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. AST IndonesiaSemarang. Objek penelitian adalah karyawan PT. AST Indonesia,  bagian Quality Control Semarang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 karyawan dari populasi sebanyak 119 karyawan, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel  secara  cluster random samplin Data penelitian adalah data primer, yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai alat bantu wawancara dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan  adalah teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, ketiga variabel  berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yaitu  self efficacy, career development, dan transformational leadership. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya mengembangkan self efficacy, career development, dan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Implementasi strategi-strategi ini dapat membantu organisasi mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dan lebih berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan kinerja individu dan tim.
