Abstract
Di dalam era globalisasi ini, lingkungan kerja, institusi dan organisasi menghadapi berbagai perubahan kompleks dan dinamis.Pada khususnya, sektor pelayanan kesehatan, seperti klinik dan rumah sakit, menjadi lingkungan yang memerlukan adaptasi cepat terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks.Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan distribusi kuesioner secara online, menciptakan keterlibatan karyawan dalam menyampaikan tanggapan mereka terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait dengan aspek-aspek tertentu yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Kuesioner dirancang secara teliti untuk mencakup berbagai dimensi yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian ini. PLS merupakan metode analisis yang powerfull karena tidak didasarkan atas banyak asumsi, Keunggulan dari metode PLS ini adalah data tidak harus berdistribusi normal multivariat, ukuran sampel tidak harus besar, dan PLS tidak saja bisa digunakan untuk mengkonfirmasi teori, tetapi dapat juga digunakan untuk menjelaskan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antar variabel laten. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami bagaimana aspek-aspek kunci kepemimpinan, seperti Spiritual Leadership, dapat membentuk dan meningkatkan kinerja kontekstual karyawan di lingkungan rumah sakit
