Niat Menggunakan Pinjaman Online Di Kalangan Mahasiswa: Apakah Emosi Juga Berpengaruh?

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku persepsi, dan emosi terhadap niat untuk memanfaatkan pinjaman online, serta pengaruh niat terhadap perilaku penggunaan pinjaman online di kalangan mahasiswa. Ukuran sampel untuk penelitian ini terdiri dari 180 siswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Kota Salatiga. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku persepsi dan emosional berdampak positif pada niat siswa untuk memanfaatkan pinjaman online. Selain itu, niat juga dapat meningkatkan kecenderungan untuk terlibat dalam perilaku pinjaman online. Kontribusi studi ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan model penelitian dengan mengintegrasikan komponen emosional, menghasilkan kerangka kerja yang lebih komprehensif. Selain itu, penelitian ini berfungsi sebagai sumber daya yang berharga bagi pemerintah untuk memberikan panduan keuangan tentang online lending melalui konseling keuangan berbasis emosional.
