PENGARUH RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP INTENSI UMKM MENGGUNAKAN FINTECH SYARIAH DI KOTA PONTIANAK: INTEGRASI TAM–TPB
Abstract
Pertumbuhan fintech syariah membuka alternatif pembiayaan dan layanan pembayaran bagi UMKM, namun adopsinya tidak hanya ditentukan oleh manfaat teknologi, melainkan juga oleh faktor sosial dan religius. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi UMKM menggunakan fintech syariah di Kota Pontianak dengan mengintegrasikan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), serta menambahkan religiusitas. Adapun metode pendekatan yang di lakukan ialah kuantitatif melalui survei kuesioner pada 78 pelaku UMKM, data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil Subjektif norm, perceived usefulness, perceived behavioral control, dan attitude toward behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi; perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Religiusitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap intensi menggunakan fintech syariah. Implikasi dari temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya strategi literasi dan komunikasi kepatuhan syariah yang lebih meyakinkan bagi UMKM, serta penguatan desain layanan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan usaha.
