Dampak Current Ratio, Debt to Equity, dan Efisiensi terhadap Kinerja Keuangan BUMN Holding
Abstract
Salah satu isu penting pada saat ini ialah bagaimana kinerja keuangan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) setelah menerapkan kebijakan holding. Isu ini diharapkan akan menjadi topik yang serius dalam kajian ilmu pengetahuan, karena kebijakan ini diyakini kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan sinergi dan efisiensi antar entitas. Oleh sebab itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak pengaruh dari hubungan current ratio atau CR, debt to equity ratio atau DER, serta beban operational pendapatan (BOPO) terhadap kinerja dengan menggunakan rasio return on equity atau ROE. BUMN yang melakukan holding adalah objek dari penelitian ini. Pemilihan data dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, dengan beberapa kriteria yang digunakan, yaitu data dari BUMN holding yang melaporkan keuangannya secara lengkap dan konsisten serta memiliki data yang memadai terkait variabel CR, DER, BOPO, dan ROE. Dari beberapa kriteria yang sudah ditentukan diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 56. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dari olah data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa CR memberi dampak pengaruh yang positif terhadap ROE. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Pasca pembentukan holding, BUMN di Indonesia perlu menjaga tingkat likuiditas yang optimal, struktur leverage yang sehat dan efisiensi operasional, guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja keuangan perusahaan.
