Technopreneurial Mindset dan Knowledge Management di Kalangan Wirausahawan Perempuan: Peningkatan Produktivitas dan Kinerja

Abstract

Dominasi perempuan dalam sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar utama stabilitas ekonomi nasional, namun keberlanjutannya di era Industri 4.0 terhambat oleh keterbatasan literasi digital, digital anxiety , dan rendahnya efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Technopreneurial mindset terhadap Performance Growth melalui peran mediasi ganda dari Knowledge Management dan Productivity pada UMKM yang dipimpin oleh perempuan. Berlandaskan integrasi Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) dan Resource-Based View (RBV), riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal-asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner campuran (mixed-mode) kepada 158 wirausahawan perempuan di Kabupaten Bekasi, khususnya di koridor industri Jababeka, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dieksekusi dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil analisis struktural (inner model) membuktikan bahwa seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan diterima dengan tingkat signifikansi yang sangat kuat. Technopreneurial mindset terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge management. Selanjutnya, knowledge management ditemukan berkontribusi positif dan signifikan secara langsung baik terhadap Productivity maupun Performance Growth. Analisis jalur juga mengonfirmasi bahwa Productivity harian memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan dalam mendorong Performance Growth usaha jangka panjang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kesiapan mental berbasis teknologi tidak secara otomatis memicu pertumbuhan bisnis, melainkan membutuhkan kapabilitas knowledge management sebagai intangible resource untuk menyerap keterampilan teknis dan mengoptimalkan produktivitas operasional. Implikasi riset ini menekankan pentingnya program pendampingan teknologi terstruktur bagi UMKM perempuan guna mentransformasikan pola pikir inovatif menjadi ketahanan ekonomi yang riil agar mampu naik kelas dan keluar dari lingkaran ekonomi subsisten.
