Abstract

Keberadaan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk menghasilkan karyawan yang terampil dalam bekerja karena karyawan merupakan aset penting bagi operasional dan kemajuan perusahaan. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan baik sangat dibutuhkan agar semua kegiatan dan akitivitas perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data yang berguna dalam pengujian data untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Kuesioner disebarkan pada karyawan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) di Batam. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa semua hipotesis penelitian terbukti dan didukung oleh hasil uji.
