Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Garmen di Batam

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan berarti prestasi dalam bekerja yang efisien dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Upaya ini untuk mencapai dan memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif dari pesaing dan operasional yang efisien dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dengan menggunakan sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel independen terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 390 karyawan perusahaan garmen dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif yang mengambil kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji data berupa angka-angka statistik. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dipakai untuk meneliti pada populasi ataupun sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur (instrumen) penelitian, analisa data bersifat kuantitatif dan statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Secara umum metode kuantitatif terdiri atas metode survei dan metode eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji diketahui bahwa semua hipotesis terbukti saling berhubungan kecuali satu variabel yaitu teknologi informasi yang diketahui tidak memiliki hubungan yang sigifikan dengan kinerja karyawan.
