ANALISIS DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KETERLIBATAN KARYAWAN SEBAGAI MEDIASI PADA PERUSAHAAN FREIGHT FORWARDER KOTA BATAM

Abstract

Persaingan di dunia industri pada era globalisasi berjalan secara ketat dan pesat karena suatu organisasi dituntut untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Salah satu usaha dari organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan meningkatkan kualitas produknya adalah dengan melibatkan atau berpartisipasi karyawan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan melalui implementasi kualitas kehidupan kerja. Hubungan emosional yang dapat dirasakan oleh karyawan serta komitmen terhadap kesuksesan pekerjaan pada perusahaan akan berpengaruh pada kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan keterlibatan karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi.

Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner dengan total sampel adalah 250 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan smart PLS.

Hasil uji penelitian menyatakan bahwa dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keterlibatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan, keterlibatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kualitas kehidupan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keterlibatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan.
