Hubungan Person Organization Fit yang dimediasi oleh Knowledge Sharing Behavior dan Intrinsic Motivation terhadap Innovative Work Behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan Person Organization Fit yang dimediasi oleh Knowledge Sharing Behavior dan Intrinsic Motivation terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 68 responden yang merupakan karyawan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode analisis data yang akan dilakukan terdiri dari uji statistik deskriptif, uji outer model yang terdiri dari (convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reability). Serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis full model Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan smartPLS. Dalam full model Struktural Equation Modeling selain mengkonfirmasi teori, juga menjelaskan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antar variabel laten yang dievaluasi dengan uji-t serta signifikansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan dari person organization fit (kesesuaian organisasi dan individu) terhadap innovative work behavior (perilaku kerja inovatif) melalui intrinsic motivation (motivasi intrinsik). Di sisi lain ditemukan pengaruh signifikan dari person organization fit (kesesuaian organisasi dan individu) terhadap innovative work behavior (perilaku kerja inovatif) melalui konwledge sharing behavior (perilaku berbagi pengetahuan).
